Child Support Iowa

I live in Iowa with my husband and 1 yr old. Before we met, he had a one night stand baby. He pays child support, but does not see the child. The amount is VERY high, because prior to our relationship he was working a lot of overtime. So his base pay was 100,000 and overtime 78,000. His salary was then based on overtime and base.

Is there any way to have it set on solely base? He cannot keep up these hours to be able to afford to live and his current CS.

So far the following has changed since the initial agreement:

Pay change decrease by $20,000 New baby (ours) And now married

Would any of these factors cause his CS to change?
