Co Worker Has Stage 4 Cancer And Is Declining Fast, Wants Everything To Go To My Dad.

Sorry if this is not the place for this. As the title says co worker has stage 4 cancer and is declining very fast. My dad and him are very close and basically the only “family” he has, dad isn’t very legal or tech savvy so here I am asking.

He wants to leave his house, property, valuables , vehicles , basically everything he owns to my dad. My dad wants to get any papers signed by him or whatever needs to be done before he passes or can’t pick up his hand to write anymore, co worker is okay with signing what needs to be signed before anything happens to him. Dad wants to avoid any lawyers or big lawyers fees or any complications if he passes and nothing is signed. (Co worker wants everything to go to him and doesn’t want his actual family he doesn’t speak to coming in and swooping all his stuff and property up)
