Code Violation Citation Administered To Me, Not Property Or Management.

I’m a property manager for an aged apartment community. Because of this, I received a code violation citation from our city. This citation has all of my information on it instead of the property management information. It has a trial date, as well as a fine amount.

I have asked many individuals “in the business” if something like this stays with my record or would be seen by future potential employers, but I haven’t been given a confident or reassuring answer.

Would something like this remain “on my record” and affect me personally? Or is it purely administrative and linked only to the property?
