College Refusing To Give Itemized Bill!

Hi so I need some advice from a lawyer. Last year specifically the semester of Fall 2024 I paid for my classes out of pocket it was around 1.3k. So I qualify for tuition reimbursement via my employer. I need a unofficial transcript and an itemized bill. I had no issue getting the transcript the issue is the bill. I emailed my school and they said they couldn’t give it to me and i would have to get a statement off their website. I did and the people for the tuition reimbursement denied it and told me i NEED an itemized bill. I tried explaining this to my college and they don’t want to give it to me. I even showed them a reference of what i need and they just flat out refuse to give it to me. What can I do?
