Company Is Making Several Statements Implying Employees Not Purchasing Their Product, Will Be Terminated, Or May Not Receive Promotions Or Rewards

I work for a large company based in USA, Colorado The CEO and sole chairman of the company are making statements implying that if employees are not signing up or subscribing to the service that our company offers, that they may be terminated. This has been going on for a few weeks now, but has become extremely pushy and more prevalent each day now.

Statements like: “get on board, a support and believe in our brand, or best of luck to you in your future endeavors.”

The whole company has a list of employees individual names that are and aren’t signed up for the company products, including a list of all management and what percentage of their direct reports are not signed up, with the goal last week to be 50% of your team, and now being 75% of your team as of this morning.

We’re an at-will state, but is this not some form of coercion or implied coercion to purchase or sign up for a monthly service the company offers to remain employed? Is there legal precedent to this?
