Dealership Basically Scammed Me, Help??

I purchased a 2007 Lexus IS250 from a dealership in Texas, I am an Oklahoma resident.

I have all the documents proving that i paid $3000 cash for this car.

Long story short, they pocketed my $3000 cash and did not pay their finance company, which results in the finance company not releasing the title to the dealership, thus leaving me with a car without a title.

I tried reaching out to their finance company, which they said they cannot help me .

The dealership owner reached out to me after 2 months and informed me that they have decided to close down their business.

If anything at all, where should i start to get a title for my car? I'm a college student, and i have been flipping cars for a year or so to make some money for food and gas and as a general hobby to keep me out of the house. This $3000 loss hasn't bankrupt me, but it has severely inconvenienced me considering i have essentially a 3000lb paperweight sitting in my yard with an expired temp tag that i can no longer drive.

Any tips or info are appreciated greatly.
