Deceased Fathers House Foreclosure

Card image cap

Hello. I have never posted here before so please let me know if I need to add any info or post in another sub.

So my father passed away in November of 2024. My sister and I have been going through the process of starting probate. My fathers house (in Arizona) is behind on payment, just days after getting my sister appointed as executor of the estate the seller of the house delivered a notice of forfeiture. We planned on getting a bond to pay the past due amount, but they served the papers before we had a chance. Is there anything we can do to stop the foreclosure long enough to get caught up? Our end goal is to obviously sell the house if we can, but we are in a little bit over our heads at the moment. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again.
