Did My Sister Break Her Own Restraining Order??

My sister filed restraining orders in 3 states against her ex for harassment. He skipped all the court dates, and it took forever to serve him because he went into hiding, but he was eventually served. I just found out that he came up to her house for Thanksgiving, she has full custody, so he wanted to spend it with their kids. I’m super upset because she wanted to divorce him for years, and finally did, and she has been so financially stressed because he lawyered up and won’t pay child support, and so my husband and I have done SO much for her, just for her to be around him again??? Does the restraining order still hold or what? **I’m guessing she purposely didn’t tell me because she knows 1- we’ll be pissed and 2- we won’t allow her or her kids around my kids if they’re in contact with the ex… he has harassed me & my husband before & sister & her kids know that he is not to know anything about my kids, no pictures, birthdays, updates, etc…
