Dilution In Our Inheritance Via Llc

My dad recently passed and his siblings inherited a bunch of land and money from their dad.
So they (his three siblings) put it all into an LLC which valued it all at ten million.
They then distributed shares to all of his siblings and mine giving the equal proportion (25% to them and 25% split between me and my brother). However, his siblings then invested $5 million each into the LLC, diluting our shares down
I'm curious if they are screwing us as to have purpusely undervalued the estate and then investing at a better price. Is there any reason to invest in an inheritance llc?
