Do I Have A Case?

Going to make this short and sweet so please respond if more details are needed. I took my son to the only hospital in town after taking him once to urgent care and once to his pediatrician for being sick/ stressed breathing within the same week. I had previously filed a complaint with this hospital 4 months ago when my son was born so I didn’t want to really take him there but his health is important and he was having trouble breathing. Got to hospital 12noon Thursday they got him stable and send him to PICU by Friday they were talking about scaling him down on his medications after previously sedating him the night before.. by 3am Saturday morning he was struggling to breath again and was told the doctor did not want to give him anymore steroids or meds because they were scaling him back and wanted him off of oxygen and to stay off heliox (he was struggling to breath on just oxygen) out of no where at almost 4am on Saturday morning they came in and turned him off of the oxygen and said they wanted to observe him to see how he does on room air, immediately I told them I wanted to leave they kept telling me to wait until 7:30 or 8 until the doctor came in to access him I told them I wanted to go to another facility several times and wanted to leave. I asked what other options do we have they told me I could sign a discharge against medical advice for and leave or watch my son struggle to breathe until the doctor comes in to change orders… I obviously signed it and took my son right away to another hospital 1 hour away. Once I got there a few hours later there was a CPS worker at my door saying she needed to see me and talk to me wouldn’t discuss anything over my ring camera I let her know where we were and a few hours after that they sent a CPS worker in that county to come to the hospital and serve me basically.. I wanna know if I have a case because for one I did pull out my phone and start recording as soon as I told them to let the doctor know I wanted to leave 2. In the recording I asked are there any other options and was never told that my son could be med transported 3. I let them know more than once in the recording that I was going to take him to another hospital.. I basically gave several prompts that I wanted my son seen at another facility and they never made any attempts to let me know med transport was even something they could do I also wrote it on the AMA form as the reason we were leaving. I feel as though CPS was called in retaliation and with malicious intend not for the safety of my son I think the recordings exhibit that, because if they were concerned they could have offered to med transport him instead of letting me leave and saying “pull over and call 911 if something happens”
