Do I Have A Case Against My Landlord?

Card image cap

I moved out of my last apartment in early November and when I received my security deposit it was only $115 out of the 1100 dollars that I had put down. This was after 2 years of very bad communication, heat that never worked, and the place was disgusting when I first moved in. There was also one time that the landlord came into the apartment with no headsup because there was an "emergency" with my toilet that was working fine. The only reason they said anything about it was because I caught them on camera They also rented it out literally not even a week after I moved out. I talked to the landlord about my security deposit and they said that they needed to take $200 for "special cleaning" even though I cleaned before I left and charged me $400 for nail holes. Is it even worth going to court to try and get more money or should I just call it quits. Philadelphia btw.
