Do I Have Any Other Options Besides Bankruptcy At 20 Years Old?

2 years ago A lady hit me from behind in a car wash Line. We exchanged info and made a police report. There was only a scratch on my bumper so I never filed a claim.
She spun the story to my insurance company and said I reversed into her front bumper. They denied her claim (obviously). A month later I got served. She’s claiming the scratch + small dent would be $2100 to fix. She came in with a suit and binder full of documents. With no cameras and only our statements, he awarded her the judgement. I was completely shocked. I called my insurance and they wouldn’t pay it out because of a clause violation. I was on the same insurance as my father, when my parents got divorced he moved whileI remained in the same house the insurance had on file. but since he never updated HIS address, it was a violation of the clauses. For 2 years she has harassed my employer, and has been denied a garnishment 6 times. She froze my bank accounts to discover my assets, had Private investigators audit me, and recently hired a collection agency. She has filed dozens of motions, and sends me certified letters for the cost of all these things. The new judgment is over $5,000. I’ve gotten 3 different quotes saying the damage is less than $600, which my insurance quoted it at $300 in the very beginning. She has a reputation in our town as the gambling addict. After multiple deep dives, I discovered things that made me sick. Her cousins own the body shop she got the original quote from, she has sued 5 other people in the past 5 years. Her family is full scumbags. Mother went down for embezzlement. brother did a 2 year prison sentence for Fraud, he owned a plumbing business that would collect payment but never return to do the job. Her father would sell fake NFL tickets outside of solider field. The whole family is scam artists. She told the judge she was struggling herself, but claimed $250,000 net income every year, for the past 6 years. She spends all her time thinking about me. I work 50 hours a week and it’s still not enough to keep me afloat, 2 years ago I was sleeping in my car. Im 2 years clean and I’m slowly getting back on my feet but she hangs above me like a dark cloud. I can’t afford to call off multiple days a month to file motions and show up to court. I don’t even know where to start. It’s Christmas morning today, and I woke up to a letter from the DMV stating my license is suspended because of her. I’m seriously considering bankruptcy, I have ZERO ASSETS to begin with, it would only hurt my credit score right??
