Dodgey Car Dealer, Faulty Car Gone Back Twice Came Back With Further Repair Issues.

I bought a used car from Carmad247 a dealer in October 24. I chose them because they advertised the car saying it will be AA inspected and recieve a full service. I also bought an extra 2 years warranty. The warranty company has given me the run around as is, but the seller has turned into my worst nightmare. As soon as I drove the car home, the clutch started slipping and awful smell, contacted the seller they said they would complete a repair. When they brought it back dash board said coolant level low top up, after taking it to halfors they said it is a radiator leak. Contacted seller they said prove it's a leak with a diagnostic, paid for diagnostic, they found clutch needed replacing again and radiator was leaking. Glow plugs also gone, battery gone. Other issues. Over Christmas period not much I could do, January went back to garage and then car seller who said they will fix it again. Before that i found out my vehicle wasn't taxed even though I have reciept paying seller to tax it, also they never had aa inspect vehicle and they didn't do full service. They were rude to aa engineer who dropped car of. Iv not had use of my vehicle since 6th Jan, it's now the 12th February. Trued to get refund with seller they said they would charge me 45p per mile driven and I'd loose £400 for warranty. They would take of over a thousand and I would not have enough back ro purchase another replacement vehicle.vehicle is 2013 reg, 11 years old, 45p per mile is exsessive. Iv driven over 3,000 miles since I had it. I had to keep topping up coolant due to leak and put up with clutch and stiff gears and juddering since I had breakdown cover and had things I had to do while waiting to get vehicle in for diagnostic. I maybe shouldn't have kept driving it but didn't know what else to do at time. Iv since been hiring a vehicle and borrowing friends car purchasing tenoiraty insurance on theirs. After this recent repair, I purchased a full service with an independant service centre, they found the clutch and radiator to be fixed, however battery, glow plugs and relay, cam belt, timing belt and water pump, bulbs, two back tyres and more all need repairing or replacing, qoute was over 3,000. I'm having to find where I can get further repairs done, can't refund through the seller. My question is, I have a feeling the seller everything they took the car back messed with the car to create further damage, they have been rude with me on multiple occasions, tye tyres were fine and now both back tyres are extremely worn down ans unsafe, is it possible the seller who gas there own garage swapped my tyres and put on old ones, and did they mess with other parts creating further damage because they done like me? The evidence shows everything it went back to them for repair it's come back in worse condition, twice. Can I go through small claims court to get some money back from seller? Kind thanks everyone.
