Doxxing?

Is it considered doxxing to post a government contact page of a politician? Context is a bit silly, but this person is on Facebook acting strange and I found out he is a (I think former?) state representative, so I responded to someone's accusation that he (the politician) is a bot by pasting the contact info and adding my opinion that it might be someone using this politician's likeness and the commenter should ask. I then sent my own email to this person asking if they were active on Facebook and I haven't had a reply yet. Now he is accusing me of doxxing him and I don't think he's using that word correctly, but hoping someone can educate me. Thanks in advance!
