Estate Distributions In Fl

I am wondering if I have a case worth pursuing.
My grandfather has passed away. He owned 2 homes, 1 trailer, 2 cars, 2 checking accounts, and had a little credit card and Assisted Living Facility debt.
Unfortunately, his most recent will that included my name in addition to my aunt and uncle cannot be found. If there is no way to retrieve this, then the only will found has my aunt and uncle on it and my uncle is listed as the personal representative. The 2 homes have deeds with all 3 of our names. I have an email from my aunt and uncle acknowledging that the most recent will had my name and they promised I would get my third from everything else (cars, trailer, bank accounts).
Since grandpa’s passing, my aunt has put the titles for his trailer and 2 cars in her name. She has also spent thousands from both checking accounts on clothes, shoes, jewelry, paying off several of her accounts in collections, catering a $2,500 meal after grandpa’s funeral that was 95% of her friends that never met my grandpa.
My uncle and I are concerned not just because that was money to be split but also because most of it was insurance money due to both homes flooding during Hurricane Helene and needing repairs. Therefore, aunt is spending money that should be used to be repairing our inherited homes so that we can sell them.
She has poor credit and impulsive shopping history and yet insists on moving back into the one home. We do not want her back in it. To the best of our knowledge, the cars, trailer, and checking/savings accounts should have gone into probate and debts settled and remaining split between us before she took over and went on a shopping spree.
Another concern is that while grandpa was still alive, she used one of the pre-flood home owner’s insurance checks to pay off her car. Is that not fraud? It also affected our inheritance by not doing the necessary repairs that the money was for.
Not sure if anything can be done about it but aunt also abused her POA while grandpa alive and have case workers and nurses are witnesses. Two case workers had to put her in her place while she told grandpa she makes his decisions for him and 3 different nurses suggested that she had Manchusen by Proxy or other mental problems.
