Eviction Help?

I'm evicting my "roomate" who hasn't helped with bills,good or rent sense December 26th, and this is the second time in the five ish month she's lived with me that she's not paid rent/bills because she quit her job. Yesterday she took somthing I had bought for us and didn't even ask me if it was okay, which I told her the last time that she used my bankcard that she needed to ask first! Boundaries crossed and rent and bills not being helped with buy her I am writing my letter and sending it in certified mail. Once that come in the mail do I have to stick it on the door or can I just hand it to her ? I'm getting more frustrated by the day and I just want this to be over so I want to go about this the correct way. Any advice is appreciated!
