Ex Changed My Locks

On our mutually owned house. I had started slowly moving mine and my kids stuff out after almost a year of trying to get him to sell the house so we could divorce. He refused unless I put 50/50 for child custody even though he doesnt do 50/50 for the kids, another story. So I went to the house and the doors were locked I called the police officer who told me I couldn’t go in. My youngest went in and unlocked all the doors for me. I was able to get most of my stuff. But had to come back for the rest. When I came back I broke a basement window. My ex charged me with domestic violence in the presence of children and criminal mischief.. he put a restraining order on all four of my kids even though only one of my kids was with me (16 male)… I haven’t seen my kids in a week. My kids are with my mom they refuse to go with my ex. He adopted them about 3 years ago….. what are my chances of getting this dropped?
