Ex Filed False Harassment Charges And Got Me Arrested.

My ex gf has BPD and always plays victim. I caught her cheating back in September and broke up with her. I cut contact and soon after she used multiple fake numbers to call me and even used her ex before me ( who she’s now with ) to contact me and attack me over and over.

After I cut contact she’s lied to police saying I brought a weapon and kept texting her. ( sep ) with all her lies and cheating I left and blocked her on everything.

A couple months later ( Nov ) I get a knock on the door and police tell me I have a warrant out for my arrest for “harassment.”

Since then I’m freaking out because I haven’t had contact since we broke up. She’s told police I’ve seen her a couple times , called her , and brought a weapon to play a revenge card. I supported her financially and have always been there for her. But her character didn’t last long. ( 3 months …)

I didn’t do anything of the things that she claimed I was doing. I have call logs of her calling me and her ex harassing me as well.

Any advice ?

I have a lawyer and went to court but DA had no offers??

I also have a bogus RO for something I didn’t do. She instead flips it on me and files this charge.

Plz help. Just looking for some reassurance or something :(
