Ex-friend Accusing Me Of Assault While We Were Both Drunk, I Don’t Remember Much Of The Night.

(Using old account as i believe she still has my number) Hi, so the title is pretty self explanatory. I (20F) and my now ex best friend (23F) were both celebrating our birthdays which are two days apart. She bought us some alcohol and we had a pretty good amount to drink, not to the point of vomit for me at least, but to the point I only remember bits and pieces of the latter half of the night.

The pieces i do remember are this, I remember us going into her room to watch a movie with Leonardo Dicaprio (i think wolf of wall street), i remember cuddling with her and her asking me to let go a few times before i did (i recall thinking in the moment that she was joking about it before realizing she was serious), i remember she had a talk with me about us not doing anything sexual yet but maybe one day in the future (which i remember being confused about even in the moment, as i had no sexual intentions with her),i remember turning around after that and her asking me if i was upset (i wasnt, only confused) to which i said we should just go to sleep.

That’s the last thing i remember, before waking up and her being gone, i heard her in the living room and went to go check. i asked her if i was being too cuddly last night, and asked if she wanted me to go back into the other bedroom, and she said no and that i was okay. she said she was just throwing up and was staying on the couch for the rest of the night.

I went back to bed after this and when i woke back up, her husband and kid were there. i waited out the pounding headache i had before heading out. After this, i texted her a few more times before she started ignoring all my texts, and a couple days later, blocking me. I tried every possible way i could to try to figure out what happened, before i found an old snapchat groupchat she was still in and i sent her a long message, asking what the deal was and if something happened that made her block me.

What she sent next i only caught a glimpse of before she left the gc and her message disappeared, but i saw her say that i had assaulted her the night before. Although i remember being very cuddly with her, it wasn’t anything she had a problem with most of the night, and when it became a problem, I stopped. i would never in a million years do anything to hurt someone, and i don’t even have any context to what she’s alleging i specifically did.

This happened earlier today, and i am scared shitless, and have no idea what to do. Is there anything i should do preemptively in case she attempts to take legal action against me?

Also i just read the rules and saw i was supposed to give my location, i live in Ohio around the Cincinnati area.
