Ex Friend Took Me Off The Cruise I Paid For And Has My Non Refundable Plane Ticket Information

I am no longer friends with this girl that I was supposed to go on a cruise with. I asked for her to pay me back for the cruise with no response. I tried to cancel and get a refund but it’s under her email even though we used my credit card. I also was planning to use the flight anyways and not go on the cruise since it’s non refundable but she has the flight information. We also used my card for both her and I’s plane tickets. She was supposed to pay me back later until we stopped being friends. Is there a way I can get my money back or flight details?
