Ex-friend Took Pictures Down My Shirt, Posted It On X With My Name, And Sold The Photos

On Wednesday, my ex-friend out of nowhere called me and admitted that he was posting inappropriate photos of me and screenshots of my IG photos on X and selling them. I was so shocked that I did not record the call. He told me he had made at least $100 off my photos. He claimed that he did not leak any information other than my name. He told me he had taken inappropriate photos of me without my knowledge when we would hang out.

This morning, I got an anonymous DM on IG with photographic proof of this X account. The X account leaked my name with my screenshotted IG pictures and photos taken without my consent from above my head and down my shirt. My bra and cleavage are visible. The screenshots also contained images of him jerking off to my photos as well as the website in which he was selling my photos, and just more X posts of me. This anon also told me that other girls were being posted (who I know mutually). Unfortunately, I do not have solid photographic proof that these girls were posted. I am deeply disturbed as a stranger was able to find my private account to dm through these X posts. I do have screenshots of texts with proof that my ex-friend had ownership of this account.

I am based in Maryland. I don't know how I should go about reporting this. I don't know if this would be a civil or criminal case. I cannot afford a lawyer. But I feel obligated to do something because there are so many other victims of this. What are my options?
