Ex-friend Using My Photos With Sugar Daddies

A girl that i used to be friends with has apparently been using photos, mostly from my instagram which is public, for a profile on a sugar daddy website. She’s also been finding nude images online that “look like my body” to send to men in exchange for money.

My friend who told me about this also said she had “one nude of me from the group chat” but I don’t think i’ve ever sent anything like that in any group chat so I’m not sure what she’s referring to. Maybe it’s just a bathing suit picture or something.

I’m sure this breaks some sort of laws, but is there anything realistically that I can do? What kind of evidence would I need?

I just found out about this and don’t know yet if she’s using my name or any personal information about me, nor if the recipients live in the area and could pose a potential threat to my safety. I’m really creeped out though.

I live in Michigan. I know i have limited information at the moment but any suggestions or input is greatly appreciated.
