Ex Has Been Missing Since Wednesday

My ex and kids live with her father in Florida, I’m in pennsylvania. I only want my kids, I reject any responsibility for her. Wednesday my son texts me he doesn’t know where their mom is (2 sons). They talked to her on the phone earlier that morning and nothing since, phone goes straight to voicemail. Her father tried to file a missing persons report but was told “since she’s an adult and left of her own will, there’s nothing to do”. Talked to my kids this morning and still nothing. What do I do? I want my kids but I don’t want to get arrested either if she shows up with something to say. Should I wait? How long? Do I go there and bring them back with me to pa? Is this abandonment? How long until it becomes abandonment?
