Ex Spouse Dispute

been having on going arguments with my ex wife over many things including the custody of our child. we recently have been just verbally abusive to each other over text. im not proud of that but its the truth and its been both ways.

a few days after they picked our my child, my car gets shot up (totaled) and a close family members car is torn up. coincidentally of course on the same night. this family member is my primary babysitter.

i did my own research and found a lot of circumstantial evidence pointing towards my ex and her family on social media. they currently have my daughter and refuse to give her up because its dangerous (ie my car) but they more than likely are responsible. i filed the divorce and i have custodial rights. ive never escalated our arguments to this level. its my fault for engaging but this is too far.
