Ex Won’t Leave So My Landlord Is Evicting Me. (pennsylvania)

I’ll try to make this short and informative, but it’s a complicated mess.
I rent a mobile home. I asked my landlord if my boyfriend could move in. It was an entire sit down discussion, but I received a green light. When it was time to sign a lease, he was labeled as a guest.
Well sometime had past and he doesn’t work, doesn’t have hobbies, he just sits on his tuchus all day.
He is an addict, felon, and suffers from some mental illness. This is the part where you ask me, “ignored those red flags completely, did ya?”
So recently, I left for my overnight shift and for 2 nights in a row he was causing noise disturbances. He was so loud that the neighbors woke up. They complained to the landlord and so the landlord asked him to leave. He is refusing to leave and is telling my landlord that he’s not leaving and telling my landlord that he needs to go through the courts and have my ex evicted.
My landlord and I are cool. He threatened to have me evicted too if he needs to go through the eviction process as a scare tactic. Now, how do I get my ex out of here without the need for an eviction?
