F Boss To Avoid Child Support Withholding

Hello, I need advice in TN.

I have full legal custody and he has visitation. Two kids under 6.

I’ve been seeking help with child support and when the courts FINALLY sent the income withholding order to his job, he’s now no longer receiving checks for his current employment. But he’s still employed there and doing work for them. He says he won’t be getting anymore checks for the next couple of months conveniently.

He says it’s because of funding however I have reason to believe he’s lying .

Brain dump of why I think he’s lying: (everyone else is still receiving their checks/ this year was the most they brought in/ half million dollar house and didn’t express anything indicating he was unsure of how he would manage newborn and high living expenses/ currently on 2 week long vacation/ an organization typically doesn’t decide to cut one persons salary before the holidays to make up for a grant that fell through/ etc).

He’s a Dev. director and his boss is the ED for the same nonprofit. His boss is his current gf and they just had a child. it’s frustrating that for over a year since filing, I still haven’t received help. The courts are slow and his boss has every reason to protect their current household. Can I submit a complaint somewhere? I filed in October of last year and haven’t gotten any payment and now it doesn’t seem like I’ll get any with the way she’s aiding in his nonpayment.
