Falsely Accused Of Sending Instagram Messages

Hi everyone,

I need some advice regarding a serious issue I’m facing on Instagram. I’ve been falsely accused by a user of sending them inappropriate messages and follow requests. Here’s what’s happening:

1. The user claims I sent them messages, but I have never initiated a conversation with them. They allege that the messages have been deleted after they reported my account. 2. They also claim that I sent them a follow request, but it was actually them who sent me a request, which they deleted within an hour. 

This situation is causing immense stress as it could affect my reputation and that of my family. I need evidence to clear my name and prove my innocence. Specifically, I’d like to know:

• Is there a way to retrieve all follow requests I’ve sent and received over the past three months, including deleted ones?

• Can I recover message logs, including deleted messages, from Instagram for the past three months?

I’ve tried contacting Instagram support, but I’m unsure if they will provide this level of information. Has anyone faced a similar issue? Are there any effective ways to get Instagram to share this data?
