Father Didn't Pay Any Child Support In Germany Now We Are Asked To Pay The State Back For The Money That He Didn't Pay In The First Place..

He doesn't pay neither pay the medical bills nor the child support, threatens our mother and doesn't care the tiniest bit for us

After my mother got remarried from a turkish guy, she's now pregnant so that he can come but he still didn't come and his currency is worth nothing in germany.

My mom is taking care of us the 3 childrens + while she's pregnant + we got asked to pay 7k + we don't have any savings..

On top of that we got told that the new husband can send us money but he gets paid like 130euros there

The father didn't pay anything and the state didn't care, but when it came to us to pay the state back for the money he didn't provide, they're insisting, it's not fair what can we do please ?
