First Time Offender

hi, i was arrested about a month ago for possession of a controlled substance it was my first time ever being arrested. the office asked me if id like to be a confidential informant in exchange for having my charges dropped and i said yes. this was all verbal. i then met with a detective about a week later and we spoke about where i get my dr*gs from what they’ll be having me do etc. he said we’d just have my court date pushed back continually until i’ve done everything that is needed of me and then it will be dropped. i signed a paper saying id be a ci. then about a week later the detective texted me and said that he’s being moved to another case but he’s getting me connected with another detective and she’ll be able to help me. almost two weeks passed and she never reached out so i texted him and she immediately called me. she said she’d like to meet up with me on 2/24 and i said okay im just worried bc my court date is 2/27 can we push that back? and she said “i’ll see what i can do”. now i’m getting really scared and thinking maybe she’s not willing to have all my charges/tickets dropped like the other detective. i was charged with possession & given like 5 tickets which they said the tickets were to “bully me into cooperating”. so now im scared im going to be stuck with all these tickets on top of the charge. am i overreacting? i know nothing is certain until i meet with her but i’ve never been to court. am i going to go to jail straight from court?
