Fl Condo Board Not Following Statutes Or Bylaws. What Can We Do?

3 long time boatd members have made our board a dictatorship but worse yet may be embezzling with the help of pir property management company owner. We made a formal request to view docs which were not provided. In juky no bank statement for our special assess acct was posted in our portal but according to Aug 476k disappeared out of it. After outcry from many owners they posted one but not for the same account. Itvstsrtedcw a 0 balance, was opened forc1 day during which 476k was deppsited then withdrawn again. The same month 32k our monthly reserve amount was notbtransfereved to the reserve account. We filed for arbitration with Dept of Business Regulation and they are using out association lawyers to fight it w a summary judgment and trying to change our bylaws to make our building into a different type the Business Dept won't oversee. They refuse to give a date for new election. Notices must go out 60 days in advance and are a week past the mailing date. They just do what they want w no regards to any law. What can we do?
