Florida. Issue With 'notice To Vacate' To Aggressive Tenants. Help Needed.

Florida. I have tenants living on my farm/animal sanctuary in a travel trailer. They have been here since December 1 2024. There was originally a year lease, but they have violated multiple terms in the lease in serious ways that I can go into if necessary.

Since confronted about these violations the second week of January, one of the tenants has become a serious problem. She is slandering myself and others online, she has verbally threatened physical violence toward me, they both open carry guns all the time. She has verbally assaulted me multiple times. She has threatened to have her dogs attack my dog, she has threatened to break into my house. I have a caretaker that comes to the farm daily to take care of animals and she has verbally assaulted her (this caretaker is a 60+ year old woman, stroke survivor and did absolutely nothing but her job). She has continued to make threats and be aggressive despite me being completely passive and trying to avoid her at all costs. She is now jeopardizing my job because now my caretakers are too afraid to come back to the property because of these tenants so I am having to miss work at my FT job to do the jobs these caretakers are responsible for on the farm. Some of this I have on surveillance and text evidence, some not.

In addition, they have completely taken advantage of the utilities here and my power bill went up over $300. They have also strewn trash and items all around their trailer surrounding to about 1/2 acre. They have been told to clean it because it is a safety hazard for the animals and they have refused.

Needless to say I am pretty terrified for the safety of me, my animals and my home. Even though they are not very effective, I did call local county law enforcement and informed them of the situation. I did go to the local clerk and started the process and got an official 14 Day Notice to Vacate. I posted it on their vehicles on 2-14-25 giving them 14 days until 2-28-25 to leave. I took photos of the placement of the notice. The notice stated the lease was being terminated due to multiple violations and I kept it very precise and professional.

Since this, They are now threatening to call the police on me because I "broke and entered" into their vehicles and have been sent threatening messages to "stay the fuck away from their cars". I have no physical backup or evidence and there was no way to deliver this in person without feeling threatened.

They are trying to threaten legal action saying the 14 Day Notice is not legal because they have a child. From what I can find out, unless the child is on the written lease this fact is irrelevant. (The child is not). The police actually told me due to the violence and threats I should have given 48 hours. I told them I was trying to be nice and give them time. But now the tenants are saying it is all bogus and illegal because they have a child and saying they are notifying police. I tried to explain all of that was irrelevant due to the threats and violence and I followed what the police said.

What can I do here? Sorry for the long story. Just kind of at a loss. :(
