Back story: ex girlfriend left for a business trip back in October, broke up with me, and never came back.

Originally promised to have her stuff out by November 31st, then it was December, then it was next week, now can’t do that.

She had a hard time making money so I took care of most of expenses, she technically owes me 7k. (I know I won’t see this she has substances abuse issues). I just want her stuff out of my home so I can move forward. She is a on the lease, so legally I know I can’t remove her items from my home.

Is there anyway to get her off the lease?
