Frame Damage

Hey Guys,

Possible complicated situation here. I recently purchased a minivan and found out afterwards it has frame damage. I took it to Honda for a leaking sliding door and they discovered damage on the B pillar and body filler used on both passenger doors on the same side. I have proof that the dealer fixed the damage on the doors (have pics from the auction they bought it from) but did nothing with the frame. I was told that the car had no prior accident history and the carfax was clean (I know this probably doesn’t matter). I’m seeking to get a full refund simply for the fact that the dealer did not disclose the frame damage they had to of known about because they fixed the doors themselves.

I will also note the doors were fixed sloppily. Body lines and panels don’t line up and the sliding door doesn’t sit flush with the frame and leaks water. There is spray paint in the weatherstripping and bondo dust on the inside of the door jambs. I purchased this car about a month ago. Any recourse? I’m in IL for reference.
