Frends Parents Stealing Paycheck (texas)

I (17m) have a friend (20f) who's parents are forcing her to give them a majority of her paycheck. This is not an agreed upon rent, they are just demanding the money. They have even FORGED her signature on a contract "allowing" them to do so (it's unclear if this is an actually legally binding contract). It started as just 20% of her paycheck to help with groceries, but they suddenly jacked it up to around 70%. She also has stress induced seizures and gets them quite frequently, this makes it hard for her to work and they are most likely caused by her parents. She can't save up enough money to move out because of this and she has nowhere else to go unless she lives on the streets. Proof of theft is well documented. Are there grounds to take legal action? If so, how can she get help paying for an attorney? (She lives in Texas btw)

Edit: Specifying a few thing, because apparently people can't read. This is NOT a case of parents wanting her to pay rent. They are stealimg money from her paychecks. She also CANNOT MOVE OUT! She does NOT have the resources (because of her parents) and she has nowhere to go!
