Friend Raped Minor

A former friend of mine told me last summer that a couple months prior he had sex with a 13 year old girl. He was 21. He said it was 'fantastic', that he loved her body. Puckered lips and OK hand gesture is how he described it.

I sent an email anonymously to the police, they said they already did an investigation, left it at that. He's still living his best life.

In Oregon.

There is evidence on his phone, he talked with the girl for months afterwards. Said she was using this to force him to get her weed, alcohol, nicotine, whatever.

He has told me 'I've raped people'.

I want to know if I could post on nextdoor or something similar about what he told me. He is a legitimately shitty person in general (took advantage of a friend); he's always making sexual jokes towards underage girls at his work. I want others to know about this.
