Friends Mom Threw Away Her Social Security Card, Her Birth Certificate, Her State Id/drivers License, And Her Documents Of Her Time At A Military Boot Camp/ School

Hey I have a friend who just turned eighteen this October who just graduated a military/bootcamp program it been about a month since she’s returned and her mom just kicked her out and revealed she threw away her most important documents her social security passport state id drivers license and documents from her time at bootcamp ect ect I’m not sure what else she threw out but I’m pretty sure these are the most important if there’s anything else we should note please tell me but how could we recover all of this? We live in Idaho if that helps she has a place to stay and that is covered but I need help/advice on how to recover all of these things (tldr: how to recover social security card, birth certificate, state id, boot camp records) excuse any grammar mistakes writing this in a state of anxiety
