From Hourly To Salary

My daughter took a job as a youth leader at a local church about a year ago that was paying her $20 hourly and required 20 hours per week. At the beginning of this year they informed her that her position was being converted to salaried at $300 weekly with no reduction in responsibility. She objected to this as it was a $100 per week reduction in pay for the same level of work. Her direct supervisor told her that she could drop down to a 15 hour work week to make up for the difference. Today she was terminated. They stated that they needed someone who could devote more attention to the job(she's an education student and substitute teacher when not working for the church). This doesn't feel right to me. Unfortunately she was blindsided by all of this and has already signed an NDA. Any advice on this would be appreciated.
