Gf Said I'm Possibly In A Felony Possession Of A Firearm In Or

I used to live in Texas where I legally purchased a handgun through a sporting goods store. I moved to Oregon over 6 years ago and brought my gun on the plane with me after declaring it to TSA and complying with their rules. After living in Oregon for a while I obtained a concealed carry license for the state of Oregon. I now carry my handgun with me daily, but my girlfriend read apparently because I didn't transfer it through a licensed dealer it's an illegal gun to carry in this state because it was purchased in Texas. I'm confused because Oregon does not require you to register firearms, but if it is in fact illegal I would like to fix the problem asap
