Ghosted By Our Real Estate Agent?(australia)

We’re trying to get out of our lease via a lease transfer. We’ve found new tenants and lodge their applications. The agents never got back to us or the potential tenants and the tenants found other places to live. We provided three different tenant options. We’ve let the agent know that we are sending a new application today, and that they needed to get back to us urgently. They ignored us again. The tenant attempted to email their application, the email was blocked and apparently couldn’t go through. Our emails won’t go through, their office phone always go straight to message but their message bank is full. They’ve consistently not contacted us back and essentially blocked us from being able to vacate the premises.

Tue, 4 Mar at 2:09 pm We'd love for one of the applications to be approved as soon as possible. ???? Wednesday 3:34 pm Hey, I really need to know that those applications have at least been forwarded to the owner ???? it has been presented to the landlord. However, they have not responsed yest. We will trace it up

Today 2:28 pm I am lodging another application this afternoon for a new tenant who is interested. The commencement date for them will be Saturday (15/03/2025). This application MUST be dealt with promptly, if not we're going to be escalating this matter.

We don’t know what we can do moving forward? We feel stuck in this apartment, they’ve been totally incompetent with any request before, can’t even track our rent payments. They seem to not be letting us leave?????? HELP
