Going Up Against Human Resources Is It Even Worth It.

I’m going to try to get my story across without putting in to much personal detail. I work for parks and rec in my town. One day i got a complaint from a coworker and got brought into a hr meeting. The complaint is that i bullied her. Her evidence a re-posted tik tok. Yes a RE-POSTED tik tok meaning i didn’t post it, comment on it, or even like it. I got brought into a meeting and they didn’t even tell me i had a union rep i just thought he was a random guy in the meeting. They told me how awful i was and shoved their evidence in my face. We left that meeting i typed up my statement and highlighted all the policies they broke. At our second meeting they presented a letter saying I’m fired even tho they still havnt heard my side or read the statement. Now to present day im at a new job and the same girl who complained about me made a complaint to my new job saying i was fired from the city and should not be working here. Is that not harassment at this point? Also i just found out the girl who complained is best friends with the main HR ladies daughter. I really need help a job i worked so hard for is on the line.
