Got Sexually Harassed For Months At Work, Would This Be Worth Pursing?

Not sure what flair to use in sorry :(( It’s a complicated situation for sure, but I started a new job last year and for the first 8 months of it I was harassed every day by my boss. Customers would ask me if I was okay because it was that noticeable; I wasn’t allowed to leave or transfer during that time, and he pushed a lot of responsibility on me that I should have never been privy to. It was so bad that I had to go to therapy 1-2x a week just to be able to go to work without having a mental breakdown. I don’t have much proof except some after-the-fact screenshots, because most of the harassment happened 1v1. I did report him to HR to no avail. I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to ruin any lives and it’s generally kinda hard for me to speak up for myself like this, but it seems like a pattern of behavior for him as I’m learning he’s done this before, and it seems like he’s doing it again now with someone else. Is there any way I can pursue this? I don’t necessarily want to sue anyone, it just seems so wrong to let this go on unchecked. I’m just also concerned that pursuing this will make me unhirable in my specific industry.
