Grandmother Is Pressing Charges Against Me.

Last summer my grandmother had broken and entered into my dads house and attacked my little brother (22 at the time). He called me and i was already by her house so i thought to drive by and ask her why. Big mistake.

My grandmother and grandfather were outside sitting on their porch smoking cigs when i arrived. I remained in my car in the street, not even putting my car in park. I asked them why they went and attacked my brother. Immediately instead of answering they had decided to escalate and approach my vehicle in the road. I had all my windows shut besides my passenger window. My grandfather remained at my passenger window trying to reach in and my grandma circled my car, punching it multiple times. I asked them to back away so i could leave and they refused.

My grandpa was getting really close to grabbing me and then decided to raise his hand in a fist to punch me. My grandma was now standing beside him but slightly behind. I had a spray bottle of water (the same one i use to spray my cats if theyre on the counter) in my car because i had used it to clean my car. It was literally water. I sprayed them and they called the cops claiming it was bleach.

I had my pretrial where i plead not guilty. It will now proceed to another pretrial and then eventually a real trial im assuming with a jury. I am in Ohio. Thoughts on this?

Since then i have had to call the cops on my grandma for trying to break and enter into my dads house again on christmas day while i was there. Im pregnant and this is alot of stress on me. My dad is also now very sick.
