Grandpa's Will

My grandpa passed away at the peak of COVID, about 4.5 years ago. After his passing, my grandma, who is still alive but very old, gifted me his truck. She gave it to me over 4 years ago, shortly after he passed, when I was around 16. Initially, the truck was fine, and I drove it every day to school and whatever else i had planned. However, for the past 2 years (maybe a bit longer), I haven't been able to get a new tag for it because the truck was listed in my grandpa's will, which still hasn't been settled—over 4 years later. As a result, the truck has been sitting in my yard for more than 2 years, unused, and I’m left without a vehicle. Does anyone have any advice for me?
