Hit By A Truck While On Motorbike Please Help.

A couple days ago I was involved in an accident where a parked truck pulled out from the left and collided with me on my 125cc motorbike while I was delivering for uber eats. I was thrown off and tumbled into the middle of the road. The truck drove off but I managed to get his license plate. A police report has been made and I went to the hospital. I don't have any broken bones but I am bruised up and hurt. This has affected my income now as it's painful to walk and my scooter is damaged. I was online with uber eats at the time. What should I do from here? Can I sue? Should I sue? I don't have much money to lay for a lawyer..
