Hoarder House Foreclosure

i hope this is the right place to post this but i was livening with my mom and recently passed and we were on a land contract. She was list as the contract im only list as livening here .she didnt have a will and the landlord claims the house has to sold other by me or he can foreclose and it gos to a sheriffs sale. she was a bit of a hoarder.im disabled and can only do so mush to clean out the house buy spring.my question if i don't get the house cleaned out. would i have to pay for anything that removed in time. fyi almost all the appliances need to be replaced anyway as we have lived here for over 12 years
