Hotel Charged $250 For Using Drug And Smoke

TLDR: stayed at a hotel 2 months ago. Hotel overcharged $100. Disputed through bank and now hotel shows invoice showing charge of $200. Hotel accused us of using drug and smoke in the room and total damage is actually $200. Hotel asking $100 more. Still in dispute with bank. Is there anything I can do as this hotel is greasing deceitful and lying

The hotel that we stayed 2 months ago charged us for extra $100 for no reason. We have been fighting against it and the hotel refuses to respond. We decided to escalate to the bank.

This week, we got a letter from bank saying that the hotel demands an extra $100 (total $200) damage fee. They said they found smoke and drug in the room. We disputed against because we haven’t touched a single drug nor smoked the whole life. Hotel responded by sending a scan with an invoice with note that “sign smoke and drug”, dated on the day that we stayed.

This is beyond ridiculous. The hotel has been dragging this issue for months and now they fake a reason to charge us more money. Is there anything I can do at this point?
