How Can I Legally Leave My Inhabitable House?

My plumbing started backing up over a week ago now. As soon as it started I let my landlord know about the emergency and they immediately replied saying they will send someone out tomorrow. No one ever showed up therefore I emailed them again. They have not responded to any of my emails since, or maintenance requests through my online portal. I can’t live here any more and just want to leave at this point. I don’t have a working toilet, sink, or shower. Sewage is piling up in my yard. The toilet leaks sewage sometimes, and even created a whole in the wall from water build up I think. How soon can I leave by being legally protected from a lack of a habitual house?
