How Do I Make Sure I Have A Lawyer Hired And Available For Incarcerated Loved One For 9 Am Arraignment On Monday If He Was Arrested Over The Weekend?

I am located in Tennessee. A loved one was arrested late Friday night and was never given a bond over the weekend. I am worried he may be denied bond at his 9 am arraignment on Monday (tomorrow). I’ve tried to contact a lawyer to go ahead and pay a retainer so that the lawyer will be able to attend arraignment to provide counsel and advocate for my loved one to give him the best possible chance of getting a bond tomorrow.

All the lawyers office’s are closed on weekends are the one I picked doesn’t even open until 9 am. There’s no way they would be able to attend if they don’t even know about it yet.

What are my options for getting a lawyer over the weekends when you really need one? I am willing to pay upfront of course I just want to make sure he has representation at his arraignment tomorrow morning.
