Hsi Just Returned An Encrypted Laptop To Me That Was Seized 4 Years Ago, Is It A Trap?

HSI raided me back in 2021 for drug related offenses and seized my laptop which was encrypted using a Linux Mint operating system. They never ended up prosecuting me federally however and I only faced state charges. I’m not sure if they were able to gain access inside the laptop and they just randomly returned it to me after several years and was wondering if there has been any cases where they did this as a way to build evidence. Not that they really needed more since I they always seized copious amount of drugs, shipping supplies and drugs in shipping supplies with paid postage. But it has always been strange to me that I was never prosecuted by them
