Husband Ft Calls Our Daughter- Excessive

Husband and I are currently separated and a protection order is in place with no contact unless it regards our 2 yr old daughter. Divorce papers just filed but not served yet. He’s in ct at his moms I’m in Indiana.

He talks to her from 5-8 every night and then during the day he wants to talk to her on his lunch hour and or his mom will want to speak to her in the morning too. It’s too much but I don’t want to prevent them spending time with her especially because she does ask for them and it does help me get stuff done but … they might as well live with me and continue the marriage. It’s invasive and consuming. Today I told him the 4+ hours daily is too much and we need to put boundaries in place and he said he understood but then clearly had a conversation with his mommy and later said “I hope the same goes for your family”. I’m like we see you two more than my family. But also I’m thinking, that’s MY business. I really don’t want to be a see you next Tuesday in order to protect an amicable relationship but i can clearly tell I’m being controlled again even miles away. What are my rights or how can I navigate this so that we both get what we want?
